When analyzing the data centers in Michigan we used our tool - Great Lakes ????. The tool allows us to analyze the benefits and the costs for the community. Benefits will include things like property tax revenue, property sales price, jobs created, repurposing of obsolete property, etc. Costs will include increased utilities, use of water, noise pollution, air pollution, light pollution, health impacts, land use potential and so on.
